About Holy Way Farms
My Story
In 1995 I purchased this land with the intention to build a home for my family and have enough land to grow healthy food for my family and community. My family lost everything In 2005 from the impact of Katrina and relocated to Utah, where we lived till 2015 when we decided to move back to our land in Saint Bernard Louisiana.
Slowly - we set out to prepare the land for our farm. I wear many hats...I am also a farmer, husband, father( grand and great-grand) and all my roles in this life is to be a blessing to others.
In 2016 I attended my first farmers conference in Baton Rouge LA. After the weekend workshops I shared with my friends and family " there is so much to learn...I wish I could start all over ..from kindergarten and learn all that I could about farming.
Well, I may not be able to go back to kindergarten to learn all there is to know about farming...but I sure will learn all I can and grow the most nutritious and delicious foods for my family and you.
